All Maysoon London orders are processed and prepared for dispatch on the next working day. Orders are carefully checked and prepared before being handed to our delivery partners. Please note that orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We currently ship orders from the UK using trusted delivery partners including Evri and Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 working days. We also offer different delivery options depending on your requirements. Available delivery services, estimated delivery times and prices will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking is provided with your order wherever a tracked delivery service is selected. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your delivery and tracking information where applicable. You can use your tracking information to follow your order from dispatch through to delivery.

We work with our delivery partners to ensure orders reach you within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances. For international orders, customs processing may also affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact Maysoon London as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with changes before your order has been dispatched, although changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the dispatch process.
If you are unavailable when your delivery is attempted, the courier may provide options for redelivery or collection depending on the delivery service used. Please refer to the tracking information and delivery notifications provided by the courier for the next steps.
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs of the issue so that our team can review the situation and assist you.
